Section 1 – Annual Election Meeting – The Annual Election Meeting for the purpose of electing Society officers shal1 be held at the first Monday meeting of the chorus in September of each year.

Section 2 – Regular Membership Meeting – Regular Membership Meetings are held during each scheduled rehearsal of the entire Chorus.

Section 3 – Board of Directors Meetings – Board of Directors’ meetings may be held at any time with ten days notice. Special Meetings may be called by the President, the Board of Directors, or over one-third of the Chorus Members.

Section 4 – Special Meetings – Special meetings of the membership may be held at any time with ten days notice. Special Meetings may be cal1ed by the President, the Board of Directors, or over one-third of the Chorus Members.

Clause A – Only items listed in the cal1 for a special meeting shall be acted upon at the special meeting.

Section 5 – Meeting Rules – Quorum for the Annual Election Meeting, Regular Membership Meeting or Special Meeting shall be over 50 percent of the Chorus Membership and for Board of Directors’ Meetings, six members of the Board. Order of business and parliamentary procedures at Society meetings shall follow Robert’s Rules of Order, latest revision. Society Bylaws shall be available for Inspection during every meeting.
